Problem with Tree control

T

ThesenFamily

I have an application which I distribute to many.
It uses ActiveX including the Tree control.
All my users except one site are absolutely fine.
The problem site gets "invalid key" when anybody there attempts to
open the tree.
The node keys are being built using the requisite characters in
addition to numerics.

My app is distributed with the same version of mscomctl.ocx registered
to the software and this is written to C:\Windows\System32\ (using
Wise installer) if the existing version of the ocx is older than the
one sent out.

Can anybody help me? This is driving me nuts.

Thanks
Jessica

Since that control is third-party software, you may want to contact the
author's tech support, eg. http://www.windowscontrols.com/contact.html
