Problem With Terminal Server Licenses

Is there a way to reset the licenses in Terminal Server? We have 2 servers that are running Citrix Metaframe (Windows 2000 and WindowsNT, login server is also a WindowsNT) and whenever new clients connect to the new one, they are being issued a temporary license while the other one does not. We have asked the Administrator if the licenses for the new server has been activated and he said yes. When checking the Terminal License Manager, there are a lot of clients that have expired licenses but there is no option to get rid of them or at least reset the license they ate so that other clients can use it. Also found out that sometimes when clients connect, it gives them an error that there is no citrix configured at this address or protocol error. What we did as a way around is to have them use the old one and connect from there to the new server and gives them no problem but otherwise, connecting directly to the new server is a by-chance (gets in sometimes, sometimes not) situtation. I'm really sorry for the long post, maybe even the wrong newsgroup but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Make sure you have the latest service pack installed. If
those licenses were issued to clients before you installed
the latest service pack or the licensing hotfix (which was
posted by Microsoft as a pre-sp2 hotfix (I think) then
licenses not used for 90 days will be returned to the free
license pool.

If you want to purge the license database, then you are
more than welcome to, but that means that clients that
currently have licenses issued to them will be forced to
get a new license. This also means that you'll have to
call the Microsoft Clearinghouse to get the licenses
reissued.
