problem with SUS and IIS

Hello

I have problem with instaling Software Update Service on the Windows 2000
Member Server. I installed it with default value IIS 5.0 right after I
installed SUS. I configured SUS but I do not know if I have to config IIS
on the server because clients computer (Windows XP) does not update from my
SUS server. Can you tell me how to config IIS or workstation to automatic
update patches. Mayby SUS does not work on the member server. Any idea?

IIS should be configured automatically with the lock-down tool during the
installation of SUS. Did you configure the workstation to point to the SUS
server for updates, either via registry or GPO? Go here and read the

Thanks for advice but I have still problem with SUS.

I m showing you step by step how I instaled SUS.

1. I instaleed Windows 2000 Server as member server

2. I joined server computer to domain NT

3. I installed on server lock-down tool right after installed SUS and patch

4.On the workstation Windows XP I configured SUS via registry like below

After 24 hours on Windows XP, " install dialog " box appeared and I
installed patches, but this situation did not repeat. I have on SUS server
new approved update but I can not install them on workstation. Where is
problem.
