When i start Windows Support tools and go to any tool it displayes:

An error has occurred on this script on this page

Line 1079

Char 9

A runtime errors has occurred:

Do you wish to debug?

Line:1078
Error:Object doesn't support this property or method.

Where to start?

I install support tools from CD.When i start Windows support help
(Start-Programs-Support tols) i try to run program from that Windows i
receive this error.

After installing the Windows Support Tools, I have these three shortcuts in
the Start Menu:

1. Command Prompt
2. Release Notes
3. Support Tools help

Which of the above causes this error?

For instance, when i start Support tools help and try to run tool Active
directory replication monitor i receive this error.

Try clearing the TIF and Temp folders.

Clear the Temporary Internet Files

Close all Internet Explorer windows
Type INETCPL.CPL in Start, Run dialog
Click the Delete Files button
Select Delete all offline content and click OK
Click OK to close the dialog

Clear the contents of the TEMP folder

Type %TEMP% in Start, Run dialog
Select all files in the Temp folder and delete them
Some files in the TEMP folder may be in use. If so, ignore the error and
continue deleting the remaining files in that folder.

Run these commands from Start, Run:

regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 itss.dll
regsvr32 msxml3.dll

If that does not help, create a new user account and test.
