Problem with sp4

Greatings!
Here is my problem: after installing service pack 4 on my
machine, I was no longer able to get anything out of the
related topics in help in start minue. I mean from:
Start>>Help>>(any topic)>>Related topics
Instead I received a wrong message and I cannot get to
related topics. I had to uninstall sp4 and reinstall sp3
again; and the problem solved. Does this happen to anyone
else? Please Help.

I haven't seen this problem, or heard of it. Did you try troubleshooting
this before uninstalling SP4? What was the error message?
