problem with Skype: automatic start

I disabled the option "Start Skype when I start Windows", and removed
Skype from the Start-up folder, but it still starts automatically at
WXP log on. When I quit Skype, it immediately restarts again.

What do I do wrong? How to solve?

help me. I've sent them my log files, and they can't come up with a
answer that helps.
