Problem with sizing

This should be easy, however, I can't seem to figure out
how to set-up a web page that when viewed with different
size monitors the page shows properly. I am using a
19"monitor and I have a border on the Left side and when
the web is viewed with a 15 monitor the text is shoved
over to the left in the border...and the centering of
pics moves to the left also...

Get out the manual or a good book... there is so much to learn!... too much
to impart here.
