Problem with service

Hi guys,
I'm trying to see properties of one service on my win2k server. Also, I'm
logged in as local administrator and error message pop-up with "Error 5:
Access is denied.". I didn't try to restarted yet, because is busy almost all
the time. But, I arranged to restart it today but I think that wouldn't solve
my problem.

Any comment on that one?

Also, previously I successfully get properties of service.
