problem with reply

If a sender's name "John Smith", not his email address, is in the "from"
field, I cannot reply to his email. It says "John Smith" was not recognized.
I did not have this problem with Outlook Express. I am using Outlook 2002 on
XP. Any help would be appreciated.
 
I think I solved my own problem. The problem had occured soon after
transferring my messages from Outlook Express to Outlook. The problem only
occured with those "old" messages. I have no problem replying to new
messages in Outlook. All is well.
