Hi,

When I am trying to connect to office System using
Remote Desktop connection from my laptop, I am getting
the following error msg.

"The client could not connect to the remote computer.
Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer
might be too busy to accept new connections. It is also
possible that network problems are preventing your
connection. Please try connecting agarin later. If the
problem continues to occur, contact your administrator."

Office System Configuration : Windows XP Pro and Remote
Desktop connection is enabled.

Laptop configuration : Windows XP Pro and using Comcast
cable connection.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Most likely,

Your office's network is blocking access.

Talk to them and ask for their help, they may or may not allow you to do this. If you have already talked with them and they are allowing it, then check to make sure the office computer is turned ON.
