Problem with registering

Hi Folks,

In a database of mine I have a form with a few text boxes (first name, last
name ...) and some subforms for additional information. Also there is a
number of tables giving alternatives in combo boxes. When I try and register
a new person and have typed in what is required in the form, I move to the
first subform. Then Access says that it can't add a new record because a
record is required in the subform. I have looked through all the relations.
In fact, I've deleted all of them and made new relations in the most
reasonable way I see. Also I've deleted all the records in the tables
belonging to the form and subforms, hoping that would solve the problem.

Have you any idea what this is and how I fix it? If you have please let me
know. Thank you very much in advance.

We can't see your database. There is clearly something wrong but no way for us
to know what!

Start with the Tables, they're primary. What tables do you have? What is the
Primary Key of each table? How are the tables related?

For the Forms, what is the Recordsource of each form? What are the Master and
Child Link Fields for each form?

Normally a form/subform arrangement has the "one" side of the relationship on
the main form, and the "many" on the subform. It sounds like you might have
this reversed. What is the actual text of the error message?
