Problem With Recycle Bin - HELP

The recycle bin folder is empty even if I delete items. When I click on
"empty recycle bin" it says "are you sure you want to delete,,," even though
nothing shows in the bin folder.
Any suggestions???

One suggestion. Reboot the computer and then try again. Also try and
use the clean function in the properties section of C:\ in My
Computer.

try doing a disk cleanup...right click on your hard drive and hit properties hit the dick cleanup button when the next box comes up make sure all the boxes are checked hit ok then yes...nothing will be deleted that will harm your computer..see if that helps
