Problem with printing out letter addresses in Word

I store my addresses in Outlook XP. When I want to address letters in Word
XP, it will allow me to import those addresses, but it will only allow me to
do only one or two. But then I get the message that Sector one is outside the
normal printing area, and I am unable to address anymore letters.
What does this error mean, and how do I correct it?

Hi

The problem is unrelated to Outlook or the addresses. Do you have a Hewlett
Packard printer? If so, go to www.hp.com and download the latest driver for
your particular printer and your version of Windows.
