Problem with Picture transfer to HD

Hi, When I insert a camera compactflash card into my
Dazzle Highspeed media reader a window pops up showing
the memory contents (folders).

It used to be that I got the autoplay window which asked
me what I would like to do..such as Copy pictures to a
folder or print pictures etc.

I have right clicked on the drive and selected properties
and clicked on the autoplay tab and selected what I want
to happen but it never works.
I don't know how to make this work again.

Any help would sure be appreciated.

Thanks I saw your links to these sites on other posts but
I still can't find anything to fix my problem on any of
them.
