Problem with ordering boxes/pics

Hello.
I have a lot of textboxes with other boxes with colours in them and a big
picture as a background. These textboxes are put together in small groups and
I want to put and invisible rectangle over them and add a hyperlink, so that
the viewer goes to another presentation. This works for several of these
rectangles but not for some. For some the textboxes underneath will not stay
under. Can someone help?
 
You may also want to try making the overlay rectangle 99% transparent
instead of 100%. This was a problem in some versions of PowerPoint.
