problem with oft file

Mr. Applications

Hello,

I'm sending a custom form (oft file) from one computer in our organization
to another and I'm receiving the file without any problems. When I was
trying to send this form from a computer from outside of the organization
(home...) It was sent as an outlook form but arrived to as standard mail
item.

Please help,
Thanks.

Hi Sue,

The problem is that it is the same recipient. Only the sender changes
between the 2 trys. I just thought about the "Send form definition with
item" option. It is not checked on my form. Can this be the reason? (I can't
check it before I'm getting home...).

Thanks!

But if the sender is different, the source of the recipient may also be
different -- i.e. from a different Contacts folder. Check it.

Yes, you must check the "send form definition with item" box if you are not
using a published form or the recipient has no access to the published form.
That means that code on the form probably won't run.
