Problem with .NET 2.0 with Visual Studio.net 2003

I have installed .NET 2.0 framework recently and getting a crash problem
when I tried to debug a mixed code(managed and unmanaged) application by
enabling "Mixed" in the debugging properties of the visual studio.net 2003
project. If i use 'Auto" property the application works fine, but i cannot
debug any of the managed code part. (using MFC application ).

If I uninstall the .net 2.0 and keep only .net 1.1 "mixed" mode debugging
works fine.

Any idea?
