Problem with Name Suggest

Hello -

Normally, when a name is typed in the To or CC fields, the next time
the user types that name, Outlook will suggest the name before they're
done typing.

However, I have a user that loses the saved names whenever they
reboot.

I've tried deleting the NK2 file as well as creating a new local
Outlook profile.

Has anyone run into this before and knows how to solve it?

Creating a new profile has worked for everyone else. We have no idea why you
would be the exception. State what you did more clearly.

As far as a new profile:

* Right clicked Microsoft Outlook
* Properties
* Show Profiles
* Add

No information here. Use Control Panel > Mail. Make sure the new profile has
a unique name. Delete the old profile. Make sure Outlook has exited
completely before relaunch.
