Problem with MS Access in Win2000P

I recently changed my operating system from WinME to
Win2000. Ever since then I have difficulties using certain
syntax in MS Access 2000.
For example, the function "Format" as well as "StrConv"
don't seem to be supported anymore and previously created
reports suddenly return errors and cannot be viewed.
Puzzling thing is that under Win98, WinMe as well as XP
Home everything works just fine.
Does anyone know how to get rid of this problem and to get
above functions to work under Win2000?

Try the component checker

Ensure Win2k and Access2K is updated
