Problem with HP server tc2110

Hi all!
I have a problem with my server HP tc2110.He not start when I push power
button.He only beep 3 x long beep an 2 short beep what is this? The cpu's
cooler fan work but cdrom,disk and floppy drive dosen't work....
I wait for the sugestion...
