problem with hibernation

Have installed all the hotfixes.
When I try to enable the hibernation,
it says " The process cannot access the file
because it is being used by another process"
any idea?
 
Do you have AntiVirus software installed? See if disabling it causes the
error to go away.
 
I have installed Norton Systemworks 2004.
But it doesn't work even after I disabled
the Norton Antivirus Auto-protect. And the
Norton Systemworks is up-to-date.
Is this problem caused by some virus or some
spyware?
