Can't get my browser to view source code when I choose "View...Source".
Nothing happens all of a sudden. Also, when I click on a pdf to view it, a
"File Download" box appears and then a warning message box with the
following: "Internet Explorer cannot download "whatever.pdf" from
http://www.whatEverWeb.com". Internet Explorer was not able to open this
Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable for cannot be found.
Please try again later." I was not having any trouble until today, all of a
sudden. Also cannot download software updates - I get the same message box.
Please advise. Thanks! Mike

This is usually fixed by emptying the Temporary Internet Files.

Also, if you have a shortcut to Notepad on your desktop rename it to Npad.

Some people have reported that Quick View Plus can cause this.
