Problem with Find and System Restore

Hi anybody,

I've got this problem.

I've windows xp home sp2 and if I do Start->Find, I see a window
with no title, blue side bar with only the dog (no text) and a blank white
central area.

If I go to System Restore, I see a blank white window with title "System
Restore". I cannot do anything.

Going to Safe mode gives me same results.

Any idea?
