problem with file "system"

i ve installed a second hard drive with "magical partition" but i think i made a mistake ... since this mistake my main system no more start and i have the following message " file : windows/system32/coonfig / system are corrupted or missing "
is there any solution to repared or re create this file without having to use an old"good configuration" saved ????
