problem with file as

Hi there

I have to change the file as for my addresses.
But nothing worked for me. I exported them, deleted them and change in
tools, option, contacts the 'file as'.

Which should be Company, Lastname Firstname

Then I imported then again, but nothings changes.

Can somebody help me out.
Be the way I'm using Outlook 2003
