Chanie,
some Web pages contain code to make the window large. It's the
fault of the Web site.
You could write to the webmaster of those sites, but the risk is
that they do that out of stupidity, and then they will not
listen to anybody anyway.
Avoid those sites.
There are some nice tools around to restore the browser window
to a size and position you once set. If you're interested, I
could dig up a download site. I'm using such a tool myself.
