Problem with deleting of records!

Hi!
I have some problem with deleting of records from the database. The database
is splitted and connected to the server 10 users with different rigths use
the database. When users delete some records from the database after some
time it is not possible to login to it. The users get the message that the
database file is corrupted. I have Autonumber(Counter) in my database. Do
someone knows how to delete data from database without such problem.

Database corruption and deleting records are unrelated.
