Problem with dates using FP and Access

I use a Access database and when I enter dates on a form
designed with FP I get the following results.

If I enter 01/07/03 in the date field.

Using DRW it returns 01/07/03 That's OK

If I enter 14/07/03in the date field.

Using DRW it returns 07/14/03.

Is it FP or Acess casing the problem, and do you know the
fix.

Its Access. Check the formatting for the date/time
field. Also, in FP you can run a validation script to
ensure users enter the correct format.
