Problem with CTRL+Y shortcut

Hi,

could somebody tell me why my CTRL+Y shortcut key n word is not working? My
wordperfect options under tools/options/general are both NOT ticked and my
track formatting option is on?

Is there an action to Redo or repeat when you use it? Is the Redo button
enabled?
