Problem with Crystal Report Viewer

Hi,
When I create a new report and generate the XML and show the data then it
appears properly but when I add another field in the dataset and pass to
generate the XML. The field appears in the XML schema but the crystal report
file .rpt does not always reflect the change. Where are we going wrong? Is
it any kind of caching problem?

Try "Database --> Verify Database" and see to that the new schema is
synched with the report.
