Problem with component

Hi everybody,

I have created a WindowForms component that I want to be able to use
in all my projects as a tool. When I create a fresh new project and
include this component in my toolbar, then drag and drop on my canvas,
it works ok, just as I want.
Now I have a fairly complex project that includes several libraries,
on which I want to be able to use this component too. When I drag and
drop the component on the canvas, I get this error :

Culture Name Neutral is not supported.
Parameter name : name.

Does anyone know where this could come from ?
