PROBLEM WITH COMMAND BOTTOM

I HAVE DSIGNED A BOTTOM I WANT IT TO BROWS PICTURE FROM FOLDER ANSAVE IT IN
IN PICTURE FIELD IN TALBLE CONTENTS 5 FIELDS
HOW CAN I DO THAT PLEASE HELP ?
 
I generally advice people NOT to store pictures within the database itself,
but just store the location (path/filename) to the picture then load it
programmatically when you need it.

On my website (www.rogersaccesslibrary.com), are a couple of Access database
samples called "Picture.mdb" and "PictureLoad.mdb" which illustrate how to
do this.
