Here's an example of my problem:
I'm writing a research paper. I have the title of the paper centered on the
page. I want to bold it so I highlight the entire title and hit ctrl+B. I
expect only the title to be bolded but the entire document is bolded and
centered on the page. I want the style of just what highlight to be changed,
not the whole document. I can click undo once and the problem is solved
(only the title remains bolded) but what can I do to keep this from happening
over and over again as I change the style of just a word or a sentence?
Thanks for any help you can give.
