problem with book resource in outlook

Running w2k dc, e2k, and xp clients, office 2003 cache mode, and normal mode.

When we do a calendar reservation, and invite a colleque and invite a
resource, a conference room under resource and then send the invite, the
reservations is succsessfully in my and my colleque callender, but the
conference room doesnt get the reservation... until I go in to that mailbox,
and look at the mail, then the reservation get through. The conference room,
is eg a user account that has a shared callender, this worked before without
accepting the conferenceroom invitation mail. Anyone that understand what I
mean, and have a guess what the problem might be?

Hello,
Did you check the "Automatically accept meeting requests and process cancellations" checkbox in the Options\Preferences\Calendar Options\Resource Scheduling of the resource mail box?

Regards,
Artem.
