problem with acdbmgd.dll

I have referred acdbmgd.dll(which was developed using .Net framework 1.1)in .Net framework 2.0(C# Project) and i was getting resource invalid error.
I would like to know whether acdbmgd.dll is compatible with latest .NET2.0 framework
 
.NET1.1 and .NET2 are two different animals not an 'upgrade' and you'll need to program for each independently.
