Problem with Access 2002 Unhiding my Database window

I've 4 or 5 MS Access programs and only one set up as a
workgroup program. In this program when I minimize Access
2002 and then maximize Access 2002 the Database window
becomes Unhidden. As if I had done the Windows Unhide
command, which is not available in the Toolbars I'm Using.

Any ideas how to keep this from happening. The only thing
I've come up with so far is to run a timer to Hide the
window.

If I hide the window once it remains hidden.

This is a bug in Access 2002.

You can work around the bug by turning off "Windows In Taskbar" under Tools
| Options | View.

Better still, you can fix the problem by downloading the latest service pack
for Access 2002 from support.microsoft.com
