Problem with 1 user 'breaking' pivot table

I've got a strange situation with a user who accesses a sheet on my
local server. Whenever she accesses our sales sheet the pivot tables
lose all of their row, column and values data. I've checked and she's
using the same version of Excel as us (2003 SP2) with medium macro
security and automatic calculation.
This happens on any file that I send her that includes a pivot table
yet she is able to produce them with no issues whatsoever.

Can anyone think why this is happening?

Thanks!

Are the pivot tables based on external data? If so, does she have access
to that data?

Hi Debra, thanks for the reply. No, the data is all based in the same
book but in a different worksheet.

Does this happen if she changes the pivot tables, or is the data missing
as soon as she opens a file?

Hi Debra, we've finally resolved the problem! It turns out that it
was just related to the user's language settings. As soon as she
changed it from German to English the pivot table as well as changing
the currency settings it seems to work.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for reporting that the problem was fixed by changing the user's
language settings and currency settings. That information may help
someone else with a similar problem.
