Problem wih Log -on as Administrator

When I log on as administrator the following message
appears in a new small window:

“Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you
on with the default profile for the system. “

“DETAIL - Not enough storage is available to process this

The profile however does loaded and my desktop works. Why
does this message appear and how do I get rid of it...

This issue is usually resolved by re-applying the latest
Service Pack.

It might also be caused by a corrupted profile. Rename
the Administrator's profile to something else, then log
on as Administrator to force a fresh profile to be created.
