Problem while opening Visual studia's VC++ Com project

While opening a VC++ Project in Windows XP it is Throwing
an error " Processer Error...."
Which is not comming while opening a normal VC++ project.
 
Try going to msdn at microsoft,type in search the error
(s) you recieve.
