Problem when the taskbar on the right side of desktop

Try to place your taskbar on the right side of desktop to
see very funny AS's behavior: the popup windows appears at
bottom of desktop then runs up to the top without
stopping, so I can't catch it. How to fix this?
(Windows XP Pro).

This is one of the most frequently reported bugs, and it
is fixed in build 614, which was posted to the download
site on June 24, as I recall.
Please download the newest version from:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?
