Problem when printing calendar daily style

When I try to print my calendar as 'Daily Style', I get the following error:
The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart Outlook.

Ummm...resarting Outlook does not solve the problem.

Interestingly, when I print try to print the Weekly style or the Monthly
style, I don't receive the error. Re-installing Outlook does not resolve this
problem, nor does running outlook.exe /resetfolders.

I figured it out. The problem was related to permissions. I was a little
side-tracked because I could see the calendar however, I was running under
the 'Default' permissions, once I explicitly named myself and elevated my
permissions, I was able to print just fine.
