We are trying to set up a standard template for Outlook 2007 users but when
ever we attempt to change the default font size in the NormalEmail.dotm file
the setting does not take effect when you then open a new email in Outlook.
This is rather strange. When you open up the NormalEmail.dotm file the Font
is set to Arial, size 10 (originally Calibri, size 11) but when you then open
up Outlook and create a new message for example the font size remains at 11.
The Font type always seems to work when changed but the size never takes
effect and always sticks on size 11.
Any help on this issue would be much appreciated.
