Problem using Word as Email Editor

After applying SP3, every time I create a new email, the
dialog box pops up warning me that "A Program is trying
to access email addresses stored in Outlook", and
requiring me to authorize that access.
If I turn off using Word as the email editor, it goes
away, so it seems Outlook no longer recognizes Word as a
trusted piece of software.
Any ideas?

It's a known issue with SP3; security has been updated to more closely match
the security in Outlook 2003. Disabling Word as your e-mail editor is one
workaround, as you've seen; you may also need to update some of your
add-ins, especially virus scanners and spam filters (many major
manufacturers have already released compatible updates). See the following
