Problem using the new "Collect Data" feature by email in Access 20

When I click the "Create Email" button in the Collect Data box on the
"External Data" tab up in the ribbon, I receive an error that Outlook can't
start. But I use outlook everyday. Here is the message "Microsoft Office
Outlook could not be started. Make sure Outlook is installed and properly set
up on your computer." I use vista, so I know there are a lot of problems with
things running, but I can't find a way around this one this time. Any help
would be great! Thanks!
 
I have not actually used this feature, but have just checked and all seems to
be OK. It almost sounds as if your outlook 2007 possibly needs to be
re-configured/repaired?
 
Thanks for helping me! I tried to repair it, and I even uninstalled my office
2007, and then reinstalled it and nothing changed. I'm going to try one more
time to make sure everything was uninstalled correctly, maybe by restarting.
But it still isn't working... I'll try again, but thanks again for your help.
 
Yeah... it still wont work.
