Only 1 user in my network has a problem printing from Crystal Reports: She
clicks the "Print" button in my application, and nothing prints.
To see why this is happening, I first looked to see if the DLL files used by
the program is up to date. I noticed one file, OLEAUT32.DLL is 2 years older
(2002) than other stations where this problem doesn't occur. So I thought I
would unregister the file, copy down a new version, and then register it.
However, any time I try to copy over it, it says the File is in Use and I
can't delete or copy it. There are no other program that I can see running at
the time, except perhaps McAfee Anti Virus.
Anyone know a good way to upgrade this file, so I can narrow down this
problem?
thanks,
