Hi All

Problem got solved by adding access for ASP.NET user account for the OracleHome folder

Ok, after some tinkering with my system and comparing it to other development workstations, I found a very significant difference. In order to have the file (oci.dll), you must have installed the Administrator version of the Oracle client. I installed the 9.2.0.1.0 client, so I can't for sure about others but I would assume it would be a similar case. After this is done, just give iuser/iwam these permissions on top level oracle directory (D:\oracle\)
* Read & Execut
* List Folder Content
* Rea
After doing this and restarting, the problem disappears. :
