Problem sending web mail

Operating on XP SP2, Office 2003.
When in web mail I am unable to send web mail.

Example. I can open and read web mail, but once I hit reply or
forward. I get the text screen open can enter text, but unable to
correct any typo's etc. I then hit send and get the following error
screen / message.
HTTP File 404 not found.

Please advise why this is happening and what I need to do to
solve proble.

FYI.
I have re installed SP 2 and Reinstalled Office. No change

Contact the tech support of whatever online email you are using. In the
meantime, make sure your computer is completely virus/malware-free:
