problem sending Power point docs from Office 2000 to 2003

I received a Power Point Presentation from a friend that uses Office 2003. I
use Office 2000. I reviewed document, modified it, sent it back to her as a
save-as, and my friend could not open it. I sent it to other people and they
had no problem seeing it. Is there a conflict between the two?

Tell your friend to open PowerPoint, go to the Tools menu, and choose
Check for Updates. From there, follow the instructions to install Service
Pack 1. PowerPoint 2003 was broken when it was first released. SP1 fixed
most of the problems, including this one.
