Problem sending and receiving and composing email Outlook 2002

Problem 1:
How can I avoid having to supply my password every time I open Outlook. For
a couple of years I had no problem, then several months ago it began asking
me for my password when I opened Outlook, and even sometimes while the
program was running and I wanted to send an email.

Problem 2:
When I click "New" email a message box says "A program is trying to access
email addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?"
No matter what I choose, I can continue writing and sending my email. Very
irritating.

1) What operating system are you using? There are several MSKB articles
that address this issue, but they are geared toward specific OS versions.
