Problem Saving JPGs

I'm having a problem saving jpgs directly from websites.
Everytime I right click on a picture to try to save it,
it wants to save it as a "bmp" file but it is NOT a bmp
file. I've tried to reinstall explorer but it doesnt
help. Any suggestions?

Try clearing your Temporary Internet Files.
